What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be given if the item sent is defective or the item sent is different from the one ordered.
For all other issues such as change of mind, etc. refund will not be given and only an exchange will be given. Furthermore, the customer will need to send the items to our office address and pay the delivery charges incurred during the exchange of the items. We will inspect the items and then courier the exchanged items.
To start a return, you can contact us at nourahlabel@gmail.com with a detailed complaint and attachment of the picture showing the defected piece. Make sure to include the “order number” and your personal details. After reviewing the complaint, we will personally contact you, and provide you the office address.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
When will I get my order?
We try our best to deliver all orders on priority. Once the order is placed on our website, a verification check is carried out, suspicions orders are blocked and orders with complete details are forwarded for further processing.
All deliveries are made by our courier service partners. Hence, the delivery man is not allowed to handover the parcel before receiving the total cash amount, if chosen to pay through COD
Deliveries within Karachi usually take 2 - 5 business days to deliver and deliveries outside Karachi take 3 - 7 business days to deliver.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping charges are 250/-, and we offer free delivery over orders of 5000/-

How to cancel an order?
For cancelling an order, kindly contact us through E-mail or our Instagram page within 1 day of placing the order along with your order number.
Any order which has been sent to the courier company for delivery cannot be cancelled.
